KRONX LLC disclaims all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided by KRONX LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
